Drawing inspiration from traditional folklore, tattoo culture and popular culture, my work aims to explore the symbolism and perceptions of imagery present within these areas. Each piece creates a narrative of its own that has no set path to its conclusion. The audience are encouraged to engage and interpret the imagery they are presented with using their own experiences, beliefs and cultural perceptions. As a result the meaning the audience takes away from the works is unique and dependent on their own interpretation. They are left to freely choose their own narrative and outcome to each piece.
